Meetups/ps
Meetups are meetings that are self-organized by delegates and groups with a common interest. They can happen at any time during the conference or preconference, mainly in bars and open spaces or near the Community Village. Below are specific locations and times designated for meetups in the main conference Program. Rooms are booked on a first come, first served basis.
Room details
The venue website meeting rooms floorplan diagram and room capacity information. For the purposes of Wikimania we are renaming the rooms:
- Montreal
is “VOC North”, maximum capacity 325 - Mexico City
is “VOC South”, maximum capacity 325 - Esino Lario
is “Paarl”, maximum capacity of 60 people - London
is “Constantina”, maximum capacity of 180 people - Hong Kong
is “Stellenbosch”, maximum capacity of 180 people.
All rooms continue to be available after 20:00 into the night.
Private meeting rooms are available upon request to the conference organisers.
