Table mountain
Time: 12:00 (we will leave shortly there after)
Meeting location: Tea Room Restaurant at the 2nd Gate inside Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Meeting outside of the restaurant.
Note: please bring at least R65 to pay for admission in to the botanical garden.
Table Mountain gondola and hiking trip. We will be taking the Nursery Ravine trail which starts at Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Leaving at 12:00 from the Tea Room Restaurant at the 2nd Gate inside Kirstenbosch. In this way we are combining with the Botanical garden trip (see above) so please sign up for that as well. We will just leave the Botanical garden a little bit later after returning from the Nursery Ravine hike.
The gondola will be closed for maintenance from the 23rd July onwards so we have had to cancle the trip up the mountain from that side.

Discussion
How about we do the Nursery Ravine trail which starts at Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens instead. That way we can do the gardens and the trail at once. We start at the Gardens in the morning (9:00) have an early lunch there at 11:00 and then do the Nursery Ravine trail at 12:00 to the top of the mountain and come back down again by 17:00? Walking tour of Cape Town
Date: 24 July, 10:00 to 16:00
A walking tour of downtown Cape Town led by a local Wikimedian (Douglas Scott) weather depending. We will start at 10:00 at the Southern Sun Cape Sun Hotel, stop off for lunch along the way, and aim to be done by 16:00.
