Where can I find the list of applicants qualified Phase-1 of Wikimania Scholarships.--IM3847 (talk) 04:56, 8 March 2018 (UTC)

Hi IM3847, this is non-public information. The Wikimedia Foundation only publishes the usernames of those who accepted the scholarship to avoid conflicts between applicants. However, each applicant was informed of their very own status of the application after phase 1 (which only excludes some non-valid applications; the main phase is phase 2).
