an other typo
A compulsive Wikimedia wishes to report an apparent typo: In the line, "Presenters at Wikimania are encouraged to share their slides an other materials online", I'm unable to make sense of "an other materials", but "and other materials" seems like a plausible interpretation of the intent of the author(s).

Typo and broken link
"losely" in "tightly held, but losely defined" should be "loosely".
The first link to read about and submit presentations is broken: "The form where you can make a submission". "Please read this information first"—what information?
Disambiguate "ubuntu"
I think you want this link instead: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ubuntu_philosophy
Deadline
Scholarships were just announced, and I come to find out submission date was a week before :(
Is the policy that only those not needing scholarships have valuable contributions? Or are we supposed to work on proposals just to later find out we aren't in the running?
I would like to submit a proposal. I believe I have a unique perspective on gender diversity in Wikipedia, and would like to share my experiences and insights. It is possible to still submit?
