Wikimania website hackaton

The suggestion was made at a Wikimania 2018 planning meeting in Cape Town that the Wikimania website need not be started from scratch every year, and that the hackathon might be a good place to get some ideas and structure improvements done for future Wikimania organisers to use. @Omotecho: Those are the photograph captions which are currently displaying the 2017 event, so "2017" is correct! The plan is to update the page with photographs of the 2018 event as soon as possible during the event, hence the {{update}} tags. I hope that clarifies things. :-)
