Community Member Camera Rental Agreement

Wikimedia Foundation Office IT occasionally provides camcorders and related accessories for conference attendees to crowdsource video recording of various presentations. Accessories include a tripod and an SD card. Those who borrow camcorders are responsible for editing and uploading any footage that was captured using the camcorder. A signed rental agreement is required before borrowing a camcorder and related accessories.

BCampbell (WMF) (talk) will be available on 7/19/18 from 14:00-15:00 in Le Lounge with camcorders, accessories, and printed rental agreements. Please email him at bcampbell@wikimedia.org if you would like to borrow a camcorder but are unavailable at that time. There are 5 camcorders available.
